  We take member privacy very seriously (see our Notice of Privacy Practices) and take every effort to protect it. My Choice Wisconsin uses the Office365 email platform with built-in email encryption to ensure the safety of your information.

  While it is not a requirement, we encourage members to encrypt emails anytime they send Personally Identifiable Information and Personal Health Information.

  Certain My Choice Wisconsin members have the right to direct My Choice Wisconsin to disclose their health data to a “Patient Access API,” a designated third-party application (app) through which members can access their health information.
