Mary – RN Care Manager, Milwaukee

I have a wonderful husband Joe and 3 great kids: Peter-24, Katie-22, and Anna-20. We are beginning the empty nest phase and enjoy going to state and national parks. I had always dreamed of being an RN, so I went back to school 11 years ago to pursue that dream. I was my mom’s caregiver and saw the impact nurses had on her and our family’s life; she was in a wheelchair due to polio. When  I found out about My Choice Wisconsin, I thought what an amazing program that can help so many; it would have been an incredible help for my mom. I am excited to continue my nursing journey and to work with others who have a heart for helping others.

Alyssa – Care Manager, Madison

I’m from Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. I have over five years of experience in adult care and I’m excited to be a part of My Choice Wisconsin! I was interested to see how impactful My Choice Wisconsin is and how you work to improve our members lives. I look forward to seeing how I can further contribute to your organization.

Melissa (Missy) – Care Manager, Milwaukee

I have a heart for helping people and have been involved in some sort of social work for 20 years. I am excited to bring my knowledge and passion to help the participants in the Family Care program succeed to the best of their ability in the community.

Elizabeth – Quality Coordinator, Milwaukee

I am a hard-working, caring, and compassionate person and am hoping to join a team that mirrors those same qualities. I strive to achieve the highest level of care for all individuals served. I am so looking forward to being a part of the My Choice Wisconsin team!

Jessica – Care Manager, West Bend

Wife, mother of 3, and lover of all things summer! I have almost 20 years of experience working with the most vulnerable populations. I am excited to join the MCW team and continue my passion of helping others.

Michael – Care Manager, Madison

I have worked in a wide array of social service and direct client care settings for the past 15 years and am driven to continue making a meaningful difference in peoples’ lives. I love making people smile and laugh and hope to be able to bring that positive energy to everyone I work with.

Lauren – Care Manager, Dodgeville

I enjoy watching the Hawkeyes with my husband at Kinnick Stadium, traveling with my family and playing with my pets. I love to sew and create; during my free time I read and write.

Joshua – Quality Coordinator, Wauwatosa

I have spent the majority of the past 15 plus years conducting research and evaluation. During this time, I have worked with hospitals, school systems, and many non-profit and community organizations. I genuinely enjoy assisting in efforts to improve organizations service delivery to clients. I look forward to opportunities to do the same for My Choice Wisconsin!
