On September 1, 2022 My Choice Wisconsin providers were mailed a memo regarding an upcoming change with the MCO’s vision benefit administrator for members. MCW has decided to move our vision benefit administration from the following: March Vision for Dual Advantage, and the MCO provider network for Partnership, Herslof, to EyeQuest, the vision product of DentaQuest. This change is effective November 1, 2022. This change affects the following plans: Partnership and Dual Advantage.
