• Brian Maddy | Plan President, Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin

  

  Brian joined Molina in December 2020 and served with Molina’s Business Development team at the national headquarters in Long Beach, Calif. In May 2021, Brian was named Plan President of Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin.

  Brian brings decades of health care leadership and a dedicated focus on meeting provider needs that connect underserved populations to quality health care. Recognized for his collaborative style, Brian has successfully led the development of interdisciplinary partnerships between hospitals and physicians, creating clinically integrated networks that increase access and deliver improved health outcomes.

  Prior to joining Molina, Brian served as Chief Strategy Officer for the University of Oklahoma (OU Health), Oklahoma’s leading academic health system. Brian’s background also includes serving as CEO for OU Physicians, an 1,100-provider organization aligned with OU Health. Brian has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma-Price College of Business.
• Betsy Van Heesch | Vice President, Health Plan Operations

  

  As My Choice Wisconsin’s former Chief Operations Officer, Betsy oversees operational functions including care management, quality, community outreach and member experience.  Her leadership is focused on ensuring optimal company performance, strategic alignment, member satisfaction and effective relationships with regulators and community partners.

  Betsy brings 30 years of expertise across long-term care, managed care, and governmental sectors.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration from Concordia University and a Masters in Nonprofit Administration from Louisiana State University.
