Field staff that travel to member visits have remote work capabilities. We define this as the ability to work from home in between member visits. It is required that the employee live within a reasonable distance from their members and their My Choice Wisconsin Office, as team meetings and other tasks require travel to the office. Please note all new employees must work from the office within their first 90 days of employment.

If you are selected for a phone interview, we encourage you to discuss salary expectations with your recruiter at that time. Salaries are determined at time of offer based on the candidate’s background and experience.

For most positions the process goes as follows: phone interview > formal interview > contingent offer > pre-employment screening > first day of employment (2-4 weeks after offer)

Our biggest piece of advice is to make sure you are truly passionate about the role you are applying for AND the company. This is a rule of thumb no matter where you apply. A great way to prepare for your interview is to review our company website as well as the details of the role you are applying for. When you interview with My Choice Wisconsin, we hope that you will come prepared with an awareness and understanding of our mission as well as the details of the job that you are interviewing for.

The qualities that we are looking for can vary based on the position that you apply for. However, across the organization we are looking for people who have a passion for helping others — especially people who are underserved in our communities. We have two corporate offices – one in Wauwatosa and one in Madison. We also have 13 satellite offices throughout the state. We have offices in Eau Claire, La Crosse, Dodgeville, Beaver Dam, Wautoma, Portage, Fort Atkinson, Sheboygan, West Bend, Waukesha, Milwaukee-west, Mount Pleasant, and Elkhorn.
