Caring Starts with Compliance

The Compliance Program is an important feature of My Choice Wisconsin’s operations which provides a structure that helps the organization work within the guidelines set forth in our contracts with the state and federal governments. A foundation of the program is the Code of Conduct that employees, board members, contracted vendors, and others are expected to follow. This creates a high standard of ethical conduct and continuous improvement for the organization.

In addition to contractual compliance, the Compliance Program includes the prevention, detection, and resolution of fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA). Everyone is responsible for reporting known or potential cases of FWA to protect members’ rights and to be free of unethical behavior and financial exploitation to receive the best care possible.
