Integrated Employment

- Contact your care manager and tell them you want to work! We’ll help you explore what type of work is the best fit for you and what training or supports you’ll need to help you achieve your goals.
- We can assist with completing a Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) referral and/or application. Your care team will continue to support your long-term employment needs.
- My Choice Wisconsin works together with our community partners to grow your employment skills and provide different work opportunities and experiences.
- Members have our full support! Various training opportunities will carefully acclimate the member to their community environment.
- This is a great chance to increase your loved one’s independence and boost their self-esteem.
- This program opens the door to expand personal relationships and friendships safely.
- They will be able to earn income without losing benefits.
