My Choice Wisconsin is excited to announce that we are making a change to our Vision Benefits Administrator to EyeQuest effective November 1, 2022 to offer members more choice in receiving vision care. This change is effective for the following plans: Partnership, SSI, BadgerCare Plus, and Dual Advantage.
