On September 1, 2022 My Choice Wisconsin providers were mailed a memo regarding an upcoming change with the MCO’s vision benefit administrator for members. MCW has decided to move our vision benefit
administration from the following: Herslof for BadgerCare Plus, March Vision for Dual Advantage, and the MCO provider network for Partnership and SSI Herslof to EyeQuest, the vision product of DentaQuest. This change is effective November 1, 2022. This change affects the following plans: Partnership, SSI, BadgerCare Plus, and Dual Advantage.
