Tegan – RN Care Manager, Portage

I’m a Registered Nurse residing in Reedsburg, WI. I have a daughter that will be turning five in March, and she is the center of my universe. We also have two dogs and three cats, so we’re a bit outnumbered! In my free time I enjoy anything outdoors: camping, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, you name it.

Rebecca – Care Manager, Madison

I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I am a big Packers fan! I’m very excited to be a part of My Choice Wisconsin!

Jennifer – Provider Relations and Network Specialist, Wauwatosa

Jennifer comes to us with over 20 years experience in managed care with Centene Corp. Jennifer is the proud mother to her daughter Frankie and stepson Roy. She and her husband Craig enjoy traveling throughout Wisconsin.

Cindy – Care Manager, Fort Atkinson

I look forward to working as part of a team. I want to give the best possible care to clients. I enjoy being able to help people. I am a positive person who looks to enhance the strengths in others.

Shanarea – Care Manager, Milwaukee

I am eager to learn new things; a person never stops learning because learning means growing. I am determined and I never give up until I get something right. I was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI. In my free time I like to read books and shop.

Katie – HR Coordinator, Wauwatosa

A little bit about myself: My boyfriend and I took a trip to Alaska in summer 2021 where we biked 30 miles in Denali National Park, camping, and lots of hiking. Also in October 2021, we brought home our corgi puppy, Pico. In my free time I enjoy exercising (specifically indoor cycling) and spending time with my friends and family.

Olivia – Care Manager, La Crosse

I currently live in Trempealeau, WI. I am excited to be joining the My Choice Wisconsin Team, serving Jackson and Clark counties as a care manager. I appreciate the work-home balance work model that My Choice Wisconsin grants their employees. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, relaxing, and doing anything health and fitness related.

Carolyn – RN Care Manager, Fort Atkinson

I’ve been an RN for about seven years now with a passion for health prevention and holistic health. I was previously a RN Care Manager with Care Wisconsin for about three and a half years and then a Program Manager and left to pursue my own business ventures. I’m coming back as a pool RN alongside my own business and am excited to be back in a field that I love and feel supported in.
