I am a wife and mother to 3 amazing kids! I am a Texas A&M graduate and new to the Midwest! I am so excited to be joining My Choice Wisconsin and providing the best care to our clients in Columbia County. I’ve worked with the disabled and elderly population for many years and am looking forward to continuing that journey with MCW!

Tricia – Nurse Practitioner, Madison

I am a board-certified family nurse practitioner, credentialed by the American Nurse Credentialing Center. I have worked in acute and chronic care for over 12 years. I have a passion and enthusiasm for disease prevention and health promotion. I enjoy helping patients take charge of their health care by informing and inspiring patients to make healthy life choices. I am excited to join your team to continue to make a difference in the health of the patients we serve and the communities we live.

Kourtney – Care Manager, Madison

I am 25 years old from Eau Claire, WI! I obtained my bachelor’s degree in sociology with an emphasis in criminology this past May from Northern Illinois University! I am excited to join the My Choice Wisconsin team to help in making a positive impact on all of the individuals that we serve.
