Amber – Dedicated Functional Screener, Madison

I currently live in New Glarus with my husband, our two boys, and our two German Shepherds. I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and doggos. My favorite things to do are hiking, traveling, reading, and going to outdoor events.

Annie – Care Manager, Madison

I use she/her/hers pronouns, and I’m a 24-year-old woman originally from Racine, WI. I graduated with a B.S. in psychology and a certificate in criminal justice from UW-Madison in May 2020 and then worked full-time in Monona at a mental health crisis center. I’m excited to be working at My Choice as a care manager because I want to continue helping others in the Madison community by meeting them in their homes to build relationships and offer support.

Jessica – Care Manager, Milwaukee

I’m excited to join the internal team to continue my journey as a care manager! I live with my husband and two fur babies (cats). I love reading thrillers and watching reality tv in my free time.

Penny – Care Manager, Eau Claire

I have been a Certified Social Worker for almost 27 years. My husband Gary and I are blessed with five children and six grandchildren and cherish every opportunity we can spend together. I am looking forward to this next chapter in my social work career and providing needed services to clients through My Choice Wisconsin.
