Carlotta – Care Manager, Milwaukee

I began my career as a caregiver and have worked with seniors, fail elders, and adults with disabilities for over 30 years. I have expanded my knowledge by graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Human Services and becoming a Care Manager. I am passionate about helping others with client-centered care and ensuring clients live their best lives. I am married with four children and six grandchildren.

Taylor – Care Manager, Eau Claire

I was raised in Chippewa Falls. I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and recently moved back to the area with my one-year-old Golden Retriever, Nash. I have spent the last three years working in long-term care and am so excited to be joining the My Choice Wisconsin team. I look forward to empowering and improving the health of our members in the community I was born and raised in!

Patty – Care Manager, Madison

I recently relocated to Madison with my family. Being part of an organization that truly makes a difference is important to me. I’m a huge fan of NCAA basketball; let’s go Badgers. I have two rescue dogs named Charlie and Jack.
