Rebecca – RN Care Manager, Milwaukee

I enjoy baking and taking walks when I have free time. I am a mother of three kids, a daughter and two sons. I am passionate about health promotion and wellness.

Christa – Care Manager, Madison

I have worked in this field for over 20 years and enjoy being around people. I have been with my husband for 17 years. We have three children and are new grandparents to a sweet two-year-old girl and another girl on the way in July. I look forward to meeting everyone and learning from everyone.

Sarah – Care Manager, Waukesha

I’m a 2020 University of Wisconsin-Whitewater graduate with a degree in social work. I’ve been working with seniors, adults, and children with disabilities since before I graduated from school. I’m excited to be a part of My Choice, as I have a passion for helping people and making a difference.

Cindy – Care Manager, Eau Claire

I am a lover of gardening, hiking, and my dogs. I am equally as passionate about serving community members. I look forward to bringing this passion in my new role.

Kathy – Dedicated Functional Screener, Wauwatosa

Glad to be joining My Choice as a LTCFS screener. I am married, have one adult daughter and three cats. I love working out, walking, listening to audio books, live music, my cat Pearl, my family… not in any particular order.
