I’m a healthcare professional with a decade of experience. I take pride in my attention to detail and possess a bachelor’s degree in social work. It brings me immense joy to be a part of the My Choice Wisconsin team, where I strive to assist, learn from, and advocate for the elderly and disabled community. My goal is to empower them to maintain their independence and uphold their rights.

Caitlyn (CJ) – Care Manager, Madison

I usually go by C.J. My pronouns are she/hers/her. I graduated in 2023 and have been working in the medical field since 2018! I love working with people, and I think giving back to the community is an essential value. I am excited to help towards member safety and satisfaction!
