Keli – RN Care Manager, La Crosse

I’m a Registered Nurse with a background that has allowed me to serve a variety of patients from pediatric to geriatric and everything in between. I’ve worked in healthcare for over ten years, and I’ve remained dedicated to expanding my knowledge and utilizing evidence-based practice to deliver quality patient care. Outside of work, I spend a great deal of time outdoors with my daughter and our 1-year-old chocolate lab. I look forward to joining the team at My Choice Wisconsin to continue to deliver quality care and help make healthcare more easily navigable for vulnerable populations.

Carolyn – RN Care Manager, Milwaukee

I am excited to join the My Choice Wisconsin team because I so strongly believe in the mission to care for the well-being of others by promoting independence, valuing diversity, and inspiring self-advocacy. I have been a registered nurse for four years and am looking forward to learning more about ways I can help to improve the lives of those around me. I am a people person and enjoy learning from and about other people- every person I meet teaches me something new!
