I am very excited to join you team! In my prior social work experience working in skilled nursing facilities, I have worked with some MCW team members as we have had mutual clients. I have enjoyed working with everyone I have met from MCW. I know MCW is dedicated to assisting clients in our communities!

Brenda – RN Care Manager, Madison

I live in Baraboo with my wife, 2 Corgis, and 2 cats. I previously worked at a home health agency prior to coming to My Choice Wisconsin. I love to read, cook, and play with my granddaughters (favorite thing to do)!!!

Melissa – Care Manager, Milwaukee

I have years of experience working with various population and look forward to serving! I enjoy walking along the lakefront in spare time.

Bethany – Dedicated Functional Screener, West Bend

I am a single mom of a teenage daughter and 3 pets – one puppy, one cat, and one bearded dragon. I have a degree in music, and I have been working with people with special needs and disabilities my entire working life. I am excited to be a part of the My Choice Wisconsin team.

Carrie – Care Manager, La Crosse

I have a degree in Social Work from Viterbo University. I have 2 children and 2 dogs. I am excited to join the team at My Choice Wisconsin to help empower people to make their own decisions and live to their best abilities.

Kristen – Dedicated Functional Screener, Fort Atkinson

I have an 8 year old daughter, 2 dogs, and a cat who keep me busy. I am excited to help people in the community.
