Stacy – Care Manager, Milwaukee

My passion in geriatric and disabled care started 20 years ago with entering the industry as a certified nursing assistant and caregiver. Learning about disabilities and caring for those that needed help became a passion that inspired me to do more in the healthcare field. I stumbled on the opportunity to advocate for those that I cared for a few years ago and enjoying that employment is why I chose a case management position with My Choice Wisconsin. I have a lot to learn because of the ever-changing industry but my overall goal is to ensure the future of healthcare is better than the years past, one person at a time.

Monique – RN Care Manager, Milwaukee

 I am a very focused and detailed oriented person. I have a friendly personality and great sense of humor. I love making people smile. I enjoy spending time with my beautiful family. In my spare time, I love gardening and relaxing in my backyard.

Jessica – Customer Service Representative, Madison

I am a hard-working mother of five young children and also a college student. I love to be outdoors with my family, riding bikes, swimming, or at the beach. In my free time, I love to listen to music and draw or color.

Katrina – RN Care Manager, Milwaukee 

I have been a registered nurse care manager for almost two years. Before I became a care manager, I worked in a hospital doing bedside cares for 5 years. I worked at Aurora Hospital on a medical surgical floor and then became a float pool nurse at Froedtert Hospital. I went to Alverno College and got my Bachelors degree in nursing.

Hannah – Care Manager, Madison

I am incredibly passionate about trivia, tacos, the Green Bay Packers, my two cats (Sage and Liddy!), and pretending I’m good at sports! In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, traveling, yoga, playing video games, making polymer clay jewelry, reading, and exploring with my partner and best friend, Justin. Fun fact: I have a mustache tattoo on my finger!

Jordan – Care Manager, Eau Claire

My name is Jordan and I graduated from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls with a double major in psychology and criminology. I have four years of experience working with vulnerable adults and have been passionate about helping others since I was a kid. I am excited to be joining My Choice Wisconsin to support our members and to start utilizing and expanding my skillset and experience amidst a professional yet fun work culture.
