I recently moved to the area from Alabama. I have worked in Social Services for 6 years. I am excited to join My Choice Wisconsin due to the agency working with a vulnerable population. I look forward to continuing to make a difference in my community!

Anne – Care Manager, Eau Claire

I was born and raised in St. Croix County but moved around the Midwest for several years until moving to Denver, Colorado. After 6 years in Colorado, my husband, son, and I moved back to Wisconsin to be closer to our loved ones. I am so excited to be back in the Midwest and able to reconnect with my roots!

Christine – Lead Supervisor, La Crosse

I have been a RN since 1986. Family Care is my passion, helping people live their best life possible.

Eutaurus- Provider Services Residential Assistant, Wauwatosa

I have an extensive background in customer service, claims, and account management. I am a people person and love assisting in anyway I can. I’m excited to join My Choice Wisconsin because they strive to ensure their members are taken care of at all times.

Kelsie – Human Resources Generalist, Madison

 I am beyond excited to be joining My Choice Wisconsin to help contribute to it’s amazing mission. I am a huge people person and have found that I thrive in HR spaces where I get to interact with people directly. I am also very excited to have the opportunity to get to know everyone and learn more about you all! In my free time I love to bake, crochet, swim, and take my dogs to the dog park.

Candis – Care Manager, Milwaukee

 I am a recent master’s graduate student of Social Work from UW-Milwaukee. I am outgoing, funny, and love to travel. Traveling is my form of self care. I also love to shop for shoes when I can. I have no pets, but I am considering getting a German Shepherd. I have been married for 5 years and love it. I look forward to getting to know my co-workers and be very productive in helping the underserved and disabled population.

Lauren – Dedicated Functional Screener, West Bend 

I am extremely excited to join the My Choice Wisconsin team and look forward to my new career with MCW. I enjoy warm weather and spending time with my family. My education includes degrees in psychology, community mental health, and healthcare administration.
