Effective February 1, 2025, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) residential room and board rates for My Choice Wisconsin by Molina Healthcare members are being updated to reflect the new HUD rates for 2025. The 2025 rates can be found online at https://mychoicewi.org/wp-content/uploads/2025-HUD-Room-and-Board-Rates.pdf.

On and after February 1, 2025, please bill using the new HUD Room & Board rates for 2025.

• Partnership members will receive an updated authorization. Please bill with the new authorization number.
• Family Care member authorizations will not change. Please continue to bill on the member’s current authorization.
• Members with a member-specific rate agreement will receive an updated authorization. Please bill with the new authorization number.

Until February 1, please continue to bill to the 2024 rates (online at https://mychoicewi.org/wp-content/uploads/2024-Billing-Cycle-MCW.pdf).
