Pamela – Care Manager, Beaver Dam

I recently moved back to the Beaver Dam area with my husband Bruce and my stepson Matthew. I have three adult children; Amber, Brock, and Jordan; with whom I enjoy spending time. For the past 27 years, I have enjoyed partnering with families to assist them in meeting their family goals. I look forward to partnering with families and assisting them to find resources they need to enhance their lives.

Kristi – RN Care Manager, Madison

I’ve been a nurse for 11 years (10 in ICU) and have worked in healthcare for over 20 years. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family, sewing, yarn crafts, and scrapbooking. I enjoy helping others and am excited to be joining the My Choice Wisconsin team.

Amber – RN Care Manager, Milwaukee

I’ve been a bedside nurse the last 10 years. I’m very excited to take on a more autonomous role out in the community and be able to help others maintain their independence at home. Outside of nursing, my full time job is being mom to my two beautiful daughters. I enjoy family time more than anything.

Tammy – Care Manager, Fort Atkinson

I’ve been in the social work field for almost 30 years. I have three amazing children and a wonderful husband of 27 years. I live out in the country in Darien with my family and my boxer Kylo.

Julie – Program Manager, Waukesha

I’ve been a nurse for several years and love working with people. My background is in intensive care, cardiology, quality, and case management. My free time is usually spent chauffeuring my children around to various sporting events.

Mary – RN Care Manager, Fort Atkinson

I’ve loved being a nurse for the last 11+ years. My background is in ICU, Case Management, ED, and PACU. My husband Jeff and I have two beautiful girls at home. We love doing things with friends and going on new adventures.

Megan – Care Manager, Waukesha

Prior to My Choice Wisconsin, I have five years of MCO case management experience working with a variety of target groups. I look forward to joining a new team with a fresh perspective.

Mandi – Senior Benefits Specialist, Wauwatosa

I am married with two daughters and two dogs. We enjoy going up north to hike, fish, and enjoy lake life.
