I am excited to join My Choice Wisconsin as a Provider Quality Coordinator. I bring to you a passion for managed care and over 20 years of experience in quality management services and advocacy. I aim to provide a high standard of dignity, respect, support and services to the individuals that we serve.

Mary – Utilization Review RN, Madison

I have been a Registered Nurse for the past 38 years in various areas of nursing such as Psychiatric, Med-Surg, Long term care, OB, Employee Health, Hospice, and Family Care (including doing roll-out with Care Wisconsin). I live in De Pere with my husband, Allen, and our 2 Labrador Retrievers, Max and Duke. I have 2 grown children who live in the Green Bay area: Steven, age 32, and Kristin, age 30. I enjoy camping, traveling, and reading. I am so excited to be here and look forward to learning about Utilization Review!
