Abigail – Care Manager, Milwaukee 

I have three dogs, enjoy reading, coffee, fitness, and spending time with family and friends. I am excited to be a part of the My Choice Family Care team because I am looking forward to the collaboration, support, and continuing to fulfill the passion I have for helping others.

Alisha – Care Manager, Madison

I am excited to join the My Choice Wisconsin team because I believe in and align with your mission to promote independence, value diversity, and inspire self-advocacy. I have 16 years experience in the human services field and enjoy being a mother to my four girls. I also enjoy playing music on my guitar, piano, and singing in my free time.

Kim – Care Manager, Milwaukee

I love helping others and look forward to being able to contribute towards making our members feel fulfilled in their lives. I am an animal lover with quite the zoo at home (dog, cat, and parrots). I enjoy spending time working on my string art and crafting.

Kelly – Care Manager, Madison

I come to My Choice with over 15 years of healthcare and public service experience. I have a BS from Iowa State University and a MS from Emory University. I began my career as a caregiver and CNA and have also worked in administrative and managerial roles. I’m excited to bring my experience and dedication to serve elders and individuals with disabilities in Dane county through My Choice!
