Meredith – Dedicated Functional Screener, Wauwatosa

After working as a hospice music therapist for seven plus years, I decided to pursue a new career path. I recently graduated with a Masters in Healthcare Administration and am excited to see where it takes me! Outside of work, I am a busy mom of four kids.

Erin – Care Manager, Wautoma

I have worked for a number of years in the social services field, primarily within the case management, Adult Protective Services, and Aging and Disability Resource Center fields. I am excited to join My Choice Wisconsin and use my experience to assist our members.

Cheyenne – Administrative Assistant, Waukesha

I’ve been working at a senior nursing facility/rehabilitation center for the past six years and am incredibly excited to start working for My Choice Wisconsin. I’ve always loved what My Choice Wisconsin has to offer, from being advocates for patients to being someone patients can always rely on. I can’t wait to learn more and be a part of an amazing company that I’ve always had an interest in.

I am a dad and am avid explorer of all things Wisconsin. My son and I enjoy road trips, rocketry, and magnet fishing!
