Kelli – Functional Screen Supervisor, Wauwatosa

I am an ally and advocate for individuals with disabilities and the aging population. I am truly passionate about the betterment of our community. I have an extensive history of working with diverse, at-risk populations through both the mental health and social services fields. I’m greatly looking forward to starting my journey at My Choice Wisconsin and continuing to make difference in the lives of people we work with.

LaTisha – Dedicated Functional Screener, Wauwatosa

Prior to coming to My Choice Wisconsin, I spent many years as a Master Social Worker (MSW) working in a variety of roles including: IRIS Consultant, Social Security Income/Social Security Disability Income (SSI/SSDI) Advocate Case Manager, Human Service Program Coordinator for Medicaid and Medicare, Case Manager/Supervisor for Comprehensive Community Support Program (CCS), Elder Benefit Specialist-Medicare Counselor for Milwaukee County Department of Aging, and a Community Service Provider III – Case Management.
