I have been in the s0cial work field for close to 10 years. I have a MSW from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I am also a mother of one.

Angela – Utilization Review RN, Madison

I have over 25 years of experience in the medical field as a paramedic, firefighter, and now an RN. I am looking forward to working with this talented team to serve our clients and communities. I also love to sing, doing tributes to Barbara Streisand, Linda Ronstadt, and occasionally Trisha Yearwood and Aretha Franklin. I can often times be heard singing at random times in public places or upon request.

Cheryl – RN Care Manager, Madison

I have been in healthcare since I was 16 years old as a nursing assistant. I later became a LPN, got my associates degree in nursing and then my BSN, followed by my masters in preventative/administrative medicine at UW-Madison. I have worked in many areas of nursing including acute: ED, ICU, Med Surg; post-acute care; nursing home, assisted living, home health, and hospice care; as well as insurance case management. I will forever be a nurse!

Danielle – Care Manager, Milwaukee

I’ve worked with My Choice Wisconsin for the last 5 years. I’m excited to start this new chapter and to see where it goes. My favorite time of the year is fall. I love all animals; I have 2 cats.
