Theresa – Care Manager, Waukesha

I am married to my husband for almost 17 years, and we have two daughters, Haley and Adriana. I enjoy spending time with family and like to spend time outdoors doing bonfires and cookouts. I am excited to be a part of the team as I start a new chapter in my career.

Visone – Care Manager, Milwaukee

I am excited to be working at My Choice Wisconsin and making a difference in the community. Health is something that I am passionate about. My goal is to see improvement in public health and educate the community about how they can set an example for others to follow.

Abby – Care Manager, Wautoma

I love spending time outdoors when it is not cold. I love to garden, travel, hike, and spend time with my family and friends. My favorite thing to do in my free time is to watch movies with my family.

Ashley – RN Care Manager, Madison

I have two young children (two and five). We love spending the weekends in the summer either at festivals or boating. I also have a dog and a cat; we’re an animal loving family. I’m very close with my mom and we often go on weekend getaways together. I’m lucky to have a husband who can cook well; I can cook but I don’t love doing it! In my free time, I tend to do laundry and clean. (Not that I enjoy it, haha).
