Alicia – Dedicated Functional Screener, Wauwatosa

I am a Milwaukee native moving back down after living in the Twin Cities for over five years. I am a huge animal lover and spend the majority of my time with my greyhound, Migi, and cat, Roxy. I am passionate about client-driven and person-centered care which aligns with My Choice Wisconsin’s values. I am excited to work for an organization that assures that the client comes first!

Katy – Lead Supervisor, Milwaukee

I worked for My Choice Wisconsin at an external CMU for almost five years and I truly love it. I sought a new experience to explore and found myself missing the work we do in Family Care, so I’m back! About me – I have been a nurse for going on 9 years and have been working in healthcare for 17 years. I’m getting married to my best friend Jason in September 2022.

Thomas – Care Manager, Madison

I have over 30 years of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities in Dane County. I’m looking forward to the opportunity to use my experience to help enhance the lives of the individuals supported by MCW. I’m also very much looking forward to working with the team of skilled and committed professionals at My Choice Wisconsin!

Renita – Case Aid, Madison

I lived in Colorado for 21 years where I owned a swimming school that specialized in teaching children and adults with disabilities to swim. I grew up in Madison and returned in 2019. I love animals, and I love to be outside.

Everleen (Avi) – Dedicated Functional Screener, Wauwatosa

I am very eager to play my role as part of the MCW team! I am very determined to help this specific population and my love for helping stems from helping my own community on my reservation. I hope to bring hope, faith and compassion to all I encounter. Thank you all for this new journey!

Chad – Help Desk Supervisor, Madison

I’m a lifelong Sconnie, born and raised near Milwaukee. I’ve spent most of my adult life in Madison. I’m excited to be joining My Choice Wisconsin because my work will directly benefit people in my community and my state. I enjoy learning new skills, solving problems, and talking to people. My dog Marshmellow is the best thing ever.

Hailey – Care Manager, West Bend

My husband and I just recently relocated back to Wisconsin after living in Illinois for a year. I graduated from Concordia University in Mequon and could not be happier to be back in the area. I look forward to continuing the fulfilling work of case management and can’t wait to continue to reach the needs of more individuals through working for My Choice Wisconsin. I have a strong passion to empower individuals to be an advocate for themselves in hopes to foster independence and growth. I truly love witnessing individuals reach their full potential.
