Hi, my name is Amy. I work as an RN Care Manager in the Family Care program. I have several years of experience working in the Family Care program in both the RN Care Manager role and supervisory roles and am a Care Wisconsin legacy employee.

Through my various experiences, I can share that I strongly feel My Choice Wisconsin as an organization has shown that it is truly dedicated to meeting the needs of their members, stake holders, and employees.

2020 brought significant challenges for all of us, especially the vulnerable populations we serve and the field of health care in general. In addition to the pandemic, we experienced several changes to our daily workflow that the merger between My Choice Family Care and Care Wisconsin brought. With these challenges, I felt especially vulnerable as a health care employee. However, the My Choice Wisconsin Executives and Management team, in addition to my local team provided me with the support I needed. Their support continues to give me the confidence to do my work each day providing the best care management I can to my members with the goal of helping them to live their best lives. This is very rewarding for me personally and professionally and I am very appreciative of the opportunity.
